Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Kovoyo passenger app and the Kovoyo Driver app (together, "Kovoyo," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using either app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including a working phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Driver accounts are additionally subject to verification of license and vehicle details before they can accept trips.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the apps for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that endangers yourself or others.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity, your vehicle, or your driving credentials.
• Use another person's account without permission.

3. Driver responsibilities

If you use Kovoyo Driver, you are responsible for holding a valid driving license and any permits required to operate a taxi in your jurisdiction, for the roadworthiness and insurance of your vehicle, and for driving safely and lawfully at all times. Kovoyo verifies certain account and vehicle details but does not guarantee your compliance with local transport regulations — that remains your responsibility.

4. Passenger responsibilities

If you use Kovoyo, you agree to provide accurate pickup information, to treat drivers respectfully, and to follow reasonable safety instructions during a trip.

5. Service availability

Kovoyo is currently operated as a pilot service in Casablanca. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, in all locations, or that a driver or passenger match will always be found. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, that we reasonably believe poses a safety risk, or where we are required to act by law. You may stop using the apps and request deletion of your account at any time — see Delete your account.

7. Intellectual property

The Kovoyo name, logo, and app content are the property of Kovoyo. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission, except as necessary to use the apps as intended.

8. Disclaimers

Kovoyo provides a platform that connects passengers and drivers; we are not a transportation carrier. The apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kovoyo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Kovoyo changes. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the apps after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
